Unleavened Manna Bread
3 April, 2015
After going through many other recipes, I came up with this one of my own. Olive Oil of course to represent the Light of Messiah. Coriander and Honey because the Manna in the Wilderness tasted like this as described in Exodus:
Exo 16:31 And the house of Israel called the name thereof Manna: and it was like coriander seed, white; and the taste of it was like wafers made with honey.
425 deg for 10 minutes (time can vary depending on oven or preference)
Dry Ingredients:
1 Cup Unbleached All Purpose Flour (King Arthur's)
1 TBSP Organic Coriander (or 2 TBSP or to taste)
Thoroughly mix Coriander with flour in a bowl until well blended, then set aside.

2 TBSP Olive Oil
1/2 cup warmed water
1 TBSP honey
Pour 1/2 cup warmed water into glass measuring cup and mix 1 TBSP honey until dissolved and set aside.
Stir in Olive Oil into the flour mix as thoroughly as possible, making it into little beads
Add honey/water to the dough slowly until well mixed.
Use parchment paper on a cookie sheet and spread out the dough until about 1/4 inch thick. It doesn't have to be exact.
Bake 10 minutes @ 425 deg

Add Grated Orange Peel for some zest. I have also added Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips.
