EHYEHshua had within Him, the Aaronite Levite bloodlines, by virtue of the heritage that is declared throughout the Tanach (Old Testament) and in the Brit Chadasha (New Testament).
He carried legally and physically this bloodline, thereby qualifying Him to bring forth the ultimate once and for all time sin sacrifice to the altar.
He was the High Priest that carried Himself as this sin sacrifice to be made.
The atonement of the sins of the people is the duty and responsibility of the high priest and no other. Only the sons of Aaron were allowed to go into the Holy of Holies to offer up the atonement for the sins of Israel.
Most sheeple just accept that "Jesus" was the Lamb of God without really knowing what they accept. Here is scriptural proof both of what the High Priest's duties are, why He does them and of EHYEHshua's bloodlines:
High Priest Duties:
Lev 1:3 If his offering be a burnt sacrifice of the herd, let him offer a male without blemish: he shall offer it of his own voluntary will at the door of the tabernacle of the congregation before the LORD.
Lev 16:16 And he shall make an atonement for the holy place, because of the uncleanness of the children of Israel, and because of their transgressions in all their sins: and so shall he do for the tabernacle of the congregation, that remaineth among them in the midst of their uncleanness.
Lev 16:17 And there shall be no man in the tabernacle of the congregation when he goeth in to make an atonement in the holy place, until he come out, and have made an atonement for himself, and for his household, and for all the congregation of Israel.
Lev 16:29 And this shall be a statute for ever unto you: that in the seventh month, on the tenth day of the month, ye shall afflict your souls, and do no work at all, whether it be one of your own country, or a stranger that sojourneth among you:
Lev 16:30 For on that day shall the priest make an atonement for you, to cleanse you, that ye may be clean from all your sins before the LORD.
Lev 16:31 It shall be a sabbath of rest unto you, and ye shall afflict your souls, by a statute for ever.
Lev 16:32 And the priest, whom he shall anoint, and whom he shall consecrate to minister in the priest's office in his father's stead, shall make the atonement, and shall put on the linen clothes, even the holy garments:
Lev 16:33 And he shall make an atonement for the holy sanctuary, and he shall make an atonement for the tabernacle of the congregation, and for the altar, and he shall make an atonement for the priests, and for all the people of the congregation.
Lev 16:34 And this shall be an everlasting statute unto you, to make an atonement for the children of Israel for all their sins once a year. And he did as the LORD commanded Moses.
Bloodlines:
These are only some of the scripture that I have found showing that certain of the Levites intermarried with other tribes. In Joshua, YHWH commanded that each tribe allot cities and land for certain of the Levites and the Aaronites had cities and land in Judah, Simeon, Benjamin:
Jos 21:4 And the lot came out for the families of the Kohathites: and the children of Aaron the priest, which were of the Levites, had by lot out of the tribe of Judah, and out of the tribe of Simeon, and out of the tribe of Benjamin, thirteen cities.
Levite Bloodlines in the Kings of Judah:
2Ki 15:32 In the second year of Pekah the son of Remaliah king of Israel began Jotham the son of Uzziah king of Judah to reign.
2Ki 15:33 Five and twenty years old was he when he began to reign, and he reigned sixteen years in Jerusalem. And his mother's name was Jerusha, the daughter of Zadok.
1Ch 27:17 Of the Levites, Hashabiah the son of Kemuel: of the Aaronites, Zadok:
Hamutal, daughter of Jeremiah:
(2 Kings 23:31) Jehoahaz was twenty and three years old when he began to reign; and he reigned three months in Jerusalem. And his mother's name was Hamutal, the daughter of Jeremiah of Libnah.
(2 Kings 24:18) Zedekiah was twenty and one years old when he began to reign, and he reigned eleven years in Jerusalem. And his mother's name was Hamutal, the daughter of Jeremiah of Libnah.
(Jeremiah 52:1) Zedekiah was one and twenty years old when he began to reign, and he reigned eleven years in Jerusalem. And his mother's name was Hamutal the daughter of Jeremiah of Libnah.
Jeremiah, an Aaronite Levite priest
Neh 12:1 Now these are the priests and the Levites that went up with Zerubbabel the son of Shealtiel, and Jeshua: Seraiah, Jeremiah, Ezra,
Neh 12:12 And in the days of Joiakim were priests, the chief of the fathers: of Seraiah, Meraiah; of Jeremiah, Hananiah;
Jer 1:1 The words of Jeremiah the son of Hilkiah, of the priests that were in Anathoth in the land of Benjamin:
Jer 1:11 Moreover the word of the LORD came unto me, saying, Jeremiah, what seest thou? And I said, I see a rod of an almond tree.
As Aaron's rod blossomed with Almonds, this seems to support that Jeremiah was indeed of the Aaronite lineage.
Jeremiah, of Libnah
Jos 21:9 And they gave out of the tribe of the children of Judah, and out of the tribe of the children of Simeon, these cities which are here mentioned by name,
Jos 21:10 Which the children of Aaron, being of the families of the Kohathites, who were of the children of Levi, had: for theirs was the first lot.
Jos 21:11 And they gave them the city of Arba the father of Anak, which city is Hebron, in the hill country of Judah, with the suburbs thereof round about it.
Jos 21:12 But the fields of the city, and the villages thereof, gave they to Caleb the son of Jephunneh for his possession.
Jos 21:13 Thus they gave to the children of Aaron the priest Hebron with her suburbs, to be a city of refuge for the slayer; and Libnah with her suburbs,
Jos 21:14 And Jattir with her suburbs, and Eshtemoa with her suburbs,
Jos 21:15 And Holon with her suburbs, and Debir with her suburbs,
Jos 21:16 And Ain with her suburbs, and Juttah with her suburbs, and Bethshemesh with her suburbs; nine cities out of those two tribes.
Jos 21:17 And out of the tribe of Benjamin, Gibeon with her suburbs, Geba with her suburbs,
Jos 21:18 Anathoth with her suburbs, and Almon with her suburbs; four cities.
Jos 21:19 All the cities of the children of Aaron, the priests, were thirteen cities with their suburbs.
