Israel.
God just wants a family (Israel) to Himself. His inheritance.
A people who will draw close to Him.
But because He is holy, they must abide by certain rules in order to do so.
God made provision for ALL, but the requirement is exact: Be Holy!
Exo 12:49 One law shall be to him that is homeborn, and unto the stranger that sojourneth among you.
Lev 19:34 But the stranger that dwelleth with you shall be unto you as one born among you, and thou shalt love him as thyself; for ye were strangers in the land of Egypt: I am the LORD your God.
Lev 11:44 For I am the LORD your God: ye shall therefore sanctify yourselves, and ye shall be holy; for I am holy: neither shall ye defile yourselves with any manner of creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.
Lev 11:45 For I am the LORD that bringeth you up out of the land of Egypt, to be your God: ye shall therefore be holy, for I am holy.
Lev 19:2 Speak unto all the congregation of the children of Israel, and say unto them, Ye shall be holy: for I the LORD your God am holy.
Lev 20:26 And ye shall be holy unto me: for I the LORD am holy, and have severed you from other people, that ye should be mine.
Num 15:37 And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,
Num 15:38 Speak unto the children of Israel, and bid them that they make them fringes in the borders of their garments throughout their generations, and that they put upon the fringe of the borders a ribband of blue:
Num 15:39 And it shall be unto you for a fringe, that ye may look upon it, and remember all the commandments of the LORD, and do them; and that ye seek not after your own heart and your own eyes, after which ye use to go a whoring:
Num 15:40 That ye may remember, and do all my commandments, and be holy unto your God.
Num 15:41 I am the LORD your God, which brought you out of the land of Egypt, to be your God: I am the LORD your God.
Just as we have our immediate family, even close friends amidst the rest of the world.
Paul said Jew, Greek, free or slave; ALL are one in Christ Jesus. This is true for Israel and Gentile alike.
God has a family (Israel), an inherited portion AND friends who have been called to serve, worship and teach, these drawn from among mankind.
God has invited everyone, but just like any wedding, not all who are invited will attend and not all are the Bride per se’, but they are of the wedding party or of the wedding guests.
This is okay as there is no need for so much debate, division, arguing and anger.
Are you Christ’s? Then be happy and blessed.
Are you Christ’s who have been called to keep the commandments? Then be happy and blessed.
To give in to jealousy or fighting and debating does nothing to serve the Kingdom of God. It does nothing to please the Father. Envy and strife are tools of the enemy.
The Word of God reveals that of those who receive Jesus as their Saviour, three groups form:
- The Bride
- The Wedding Party
- The Guests
ALL of them belong to Christ Jesus as they have received Him as such. There is no need for jostling for position. Each has a role and responsibility within the Kingdom of God. Paul even said we are all members of the same body. In Christianity the words of Paul have been given (mistakenly so) a higher place of importance than even Jesus Himself, yet we fail to remember this teaching of Paul’s. Why???
So then who might each of the three actually be?
Could the Bride be those who will have the faith of Jesus Christ AND keep the commandments? Are they perhaps actual direct descendants of the Children of Israel? Recall what Jesus had to say about the Bridegroom:
Mat 9:14 Then came to him the disciples of John, saying, Why do we and the Pharisees fast oft, but thy disciples fast not?
Mat 9:15 And Jesus said unto them, Can the children of the bridechamber mourn, as long as the bridegroom is with them? but the days will come, when the bridegroom shall be taken from them, and then shall they fast.
Clearly Jesus infers of Himself as being the Bridegroom. Note that it is His disciples who are referred to as the children of the Bridechamber. What does this tell us? They were all native Israel no doubt keeping the Law/Torah as was their way according to their heritage. But they had Jesus also. They knew who He was and they believed in Him as the Son of God. It appears that these are the ones who fulfill the criteria found in Revelation:
(Rev 12:17 KJV) And the dragon was wroth with the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed, which keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ.
(Rev 14:12 KJV) Here is the patience of the saints: here are they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus.
(Rev 22:14 KJV) Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city.
In weddings we have the Bride and Groom.
In weddings we have the wedding party consisting of bridesmaids and ushers.
In weddings we have the guests.
Prophecy must be fulfilled. The Word of God must stand.
Our God does not change (Malachi 3:6), neither do His commandments, statutes or ordinances.
Israel in the Wilderness entered into a legally binding covenant with the Living God. Their descendants (House of Judah; House of Israel) are STILL under contract. The punishment for breaching is death.
ENTER JESUS.
By His Blood we achieve exoneration, a heavenly pardon for breaking of His Commandments which were the Wedding vows.
God chose Israel, His firstborn (firstborn of many more) to be, through His binding them; The very ones who are called out to walk this narrow path; To learn His Way in solitude, in preparation to teach others who are willing.
They will be, they are His Firstfruits, those in the first group mentioned of the 12 tribes, the 144 Thousand.
THIS is FULFILLMENT of prophecy.
Do not scoff, do not mock those who are destined (to be called out) to this tasking as they are challenged enough, isolated enough, cut off enough.
They are constantly under attack by satanic influences both outside and inside their own families and loved ones. They lose their friends and sometimes loved ones. They are unable to make friends with ordinary Christians because of their calling. They are treated as pariah for doing what God has called them to.
These attacks and attempts of the enemy to derail God’s plan is through people who have not yet come into this understanding.
Instead of being embraced and accepted for their destiny they are rejected and cut off. God knew this would happen:
(Psa 68:6 KJV) God setteth the solitary in families: he bringeth out those which are bound with chains: but the rebellious dwell in a dry land.
(Psa 107:4 KJV) They wandered in the wilderness in a solitary way; they found no city to dwell in.
In this day and age we seem to be more accepting of things in this world which are an abomination in the sight of God. Christians tolerating these things daily, going along with how the world moves, yet rejecting and arguing and gossiping and backbiting about the truth of God’s Word. Rejecting the evidence given through these select people who did not ask for this, but had a destiny known by God before He formed them in the womb:
Isa 44:1 Yet now hear, O Jacob my servant; and Israel, whom I have chosen:
Isa 44:2 Thus saith the LORD that made thee, and formed thee from the womb, which will help thee; Fear not, O Jacob, my servant; and thou, Jesurun, whom I have chosen.
Isa 44:3 For I will pour water upon him that is thirsty, and floods upon the dry ground: I will pour my spirit upon thy seed, and my blessing upon thine offspring:
Isa 44:4 And they shall spring up as among the grass, as willows by the water courses.
Isa 44:5 One shall say, I am the LORD'S; and another shall call himself by the name of Jacob; and another shall subscribe with his hand unto the LORD, and surname himself by the name of Israel.
Isa 46:3 Hearken unto me, O house of Jacob, and all the remnant of the house of Israel, which are borne by me from the belly, which are carried from the womb:
Isa_49:5 And now, saith the LORD that formed me from the womb to be his servant, to bring Jacob again to him, Though Israel be not gathered, yet shall I be glorious in the eyes of the LORD, and my God shall be my strength.
Jer_1:5 Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations.
These are those who have embraced their calling to fulfill the Word of Truth given by God Almighty; The prophecies of old which speak of this miracle!
We all search for signs of the end times in events happening around the world and one sign is this remnant and we choose not only to ignore it but to argue and debate against it.
There are those who will not be of this group, those who profess it but are not. This is unavoidable. So, be silent beloved, when you encounter anyone who you think might be of this group. Not by their declarations will they be proved, but by their faithfulness to the word of God. By their guarding of His commandments and sharing that wisdom. Jesus said you will know them by their fruits. If they profess and boast, then they are not His fruit. LIFE is found in those who are
