Hos 4:4 Yet let no man strive, nor reprove another

The Mission of This Site

8 April, 2016 I hope and pray that YHWH will bless this site and keep it for the purpose intended. I'm just an ordinary person with many faults who stumbles every single day in something. What I share here, what gets posted, is from the heart and it is how I have come to understand what the Word means. What anyone does who will read these things, is for them to decide. Accept it, reject it, take it YHWH in prayer. But please, please, please don't argue and please don't condemn or accuse. I have been on so many other sites where it goes on so much. So much judging and hating and anger and backbiting and gossip. All the things Paul warned about.

Some of the topics will go against mainstream Judaism and Christianity and a host of other flavors out there. This site is not here to put anyone down. just to possibly add a new dimension to studying and consideration and understanding.

As of 2012 I promote the Divine Calendar outlined in the Book of Enoch. Most postings will show the date and day according to how I have come to understand it. It'll be different than anyone else out there who follows it. In the meantime, many follow the lunar Jewish calendar (which we did until we figured out Enoch); many follow a solar flavored Enoch calendar; some even use the lunar months to reset the Sabbath. None of that here, but respecting all paths because---- if we are truly seeking His truth, we must first go through some brambles to get there. I will do my best to teach it if others show interest. I still need to find a format that will allow me to show it the way I believe it is supposed to be understood. For what it's worth, since this all came to be, many times I have met very ugly resistance and in all cases of such, I have gone back to the Father in prayer asking for confirmation. He has been faithful to give it. The latest is study documents at Haifa University in Jerusalem that CONFIRM a little known group among the Essene community known as the Yahad. Dead Sea scrolls from the Qumran community are proof that some followed the 364 day Divine Calendar or DY (Divine Year).

In the days to come, I'll add more to this blog. The site is a newborn so please handle with care :)

  • I'm placing this message here as it applies with regard to being solitary and the Hebrew word is where the YAHAD came from. That is the people who separated themselves from the rest. I pray for all who read it that they may be blessed with discernment from above in Jesus name.

    Being Solitary

    29thD, 3rdM

I’ve been alone most of my life pretty much. Always felt like I was on the outside looking in. I’ve had a few close friends here and there, but they ended up fading away. Some of that was my own doing I suppose, just not maintaining contact.

I am in constant conflict with myself over loving my family and wanting to be there for them and yet the ever growing stronger desire to be alone can be overwhelming at times. I think most of it stems out of the constant pain and fatigue I feel, just about every day. I feel so done with this life, with this world.

In recent days and weeks a feeling of anxiousness and edginess I can’t seem to shake, so I began to read Psalms in the morning and it works to help calm me.

So, this morning being like any other, I am reading Psalm 68 and I come to verse 6:

Psa 68:6  God setteth the solitary in families: he bringeth out those which are bound with chains: but the rebellious dwell in a dry land.

Well, you had to know I would want to look that up and here’s what I found:

    Psa 68:6  GodH430 settethH3427 the solitaryH3173 in families:H1004 he bringeth outH3318 those which are boundH615 with chains:H3574 butH389 the rebelliousH5637 dwellH7931 in a dryH6707 land.

    H3173  “the solitary”

    יחיד

    yâchı̂yd

    yaw-kheed'

From H3161; properly united, that is, sole; by implication beloved; also lonely; (feminine) the life (as not to be replace): - darling, desolate, only (child, son), solitary.

    H3161

    יחד

    yâchad

    yaw-khad'

A primitive root; to be (or become) one: - join, unite.

Now, perhaps by itself it might not be such a strong message, but a few months back, I stumbled across some works done by one Jonathan Ben Dov at Haifa University. He had studied the works found at Qumran and published papers about each text.

Before I go on, I have to add that beginning with Passover in 2009, we began keeping the Feast Days. But I must confess, the Jewish months and waiting to know when the next sliver of moon was seen to begin the month had me always anxious. I asked myself, did God really put in place a system that causes this much angst? Now, I had already read and studied Enoch, all the various flavors of it out there and only one copy stood out as being authentic, but even so, I could not make much sense of it at that time. In 2010 a certain rabbi began promoting the solar/lunar calendar and offered up scriptures to support it. This system though, means that each month we began counting from the first day and whichever day of the week the 7th day happens to fall on, that is our Sabbath for that given month.

We tried it and to me I felt like I had taken a shower and then put my old underwear back on. Yuck. Then, during this time, YHWH awoke me with a dream and when I finally got up, He hammered me all that day to seek His Sabbath. So, I’m on the net and find out about all the languages of the earth have either a form of “Sabbath” or “Seven” in their language for the day we call Saturday. So, needless to say, we went back to keeping Saturday as the Sabbath as I do believe it should be and always has been.

So, by now anyone reading this has got to be wondering what does any of that have to do with being “solitary”?? I’m about to connect these concepts.

From 2009, up to 2012, we were attempting to keep the Jewish lunar calendar and the feast days according to that along with our normal Sabbaths. Then in spring of 2012 a newsletter from a leader of a certain group who kept the DY calendar in Enoch, stated that the Spring EQ of 2012 fell on a particular Sabbath and this then allowed for all the Spring Feast days to align with the weekly Sabbaths. I took it all in, but filed the letter away and somewhat forgot about it, but we kept the Spring Feasts according to his reckoning. However, when fall rolled around the same pattern had shifted due to the F/E falling on a day that did not allow for alignment of the Sabbaths. So, we kept the fall feasts according to Jewish system again.

Then, in November, on a certain Sabbath, I was getting ready to study something and was searching through the pile of books to get to my Bible and lifted Enoch up and began riffling through the pages and found myself in the chapter about the DY calendar. Then, BAM! Just like that it all fell into place. Even my Baptist raised, reluctant husband was immediately onboard as I was explaining all of this to him. The Spirit moved in him that day I am sure of it!

Now, having said that, it must be known that out there in the calendar universe, there are several groups that attempt to keep this DY calendar, but they do so using different methods:

    1. By the Spring EQ, (whenever it might occur in the Gregorian count), then counting out to the 7th day and whatever day of the week that fell on, that becomes the Sabbath for that season’s cycle. Then this adjusts when they “reset” using the F/E.
    2. Others count from the EQ to the 4th day then begin their counting. This is based upon the verses in Genesis that say God created light on the first day, but this is in ignorance of what that LIGHT truly is, that is Jesus Christ Himself, not the sun.

There might be other flavors out there, but these two are the most popular and both systems are in error as they break the true Sabbath cycle which has remained UNBROKEN since time began on that first day of Creation.

To add that YHWH God Himself, declared the 7th day as HOLY, SANCTFIFIED and SET APART.

While the enemy can change times (calendars, months and seasons) and laws and decrees (feast days and even the feasts themselves, adding to them and also taking away), he CANNOT TOUCH that 7th day. EVER. It is a DIVINE DECREE made by the LIVING GOD.  YHWH.

Yes, man has given each day of the week a name. YHWH didn’t. He numbered them. YHWH is all about NUMBERS and if people don’t keep this in mind, then error creeps in.

While we are entrenched in the Gregorian calendar, and naming of the days of the week, it does make it difficult to break away and regard the days and weeks and months as numbers alone in order to keep in sync with YHWH’s times, but it is necessary to do this and to parallel the two as best we can. That is why I developed the calendar of YHWH alongside of the Gregorian so that each day of YHWH’s can be known by it’s Gregorian counterpart and we can learn it and keep it.

So, now we get to the “solitary” part. The way the DY calendar was shown to me by YHWH, is that He focused on showing me His Sabbath first and how crucial it is to know it and keep it. My sticking point with the DY Calendar in Enoch was I could not get it to work because I didn’t know back in 2010, how to align the intercalary days, or understand their purpose. But that Sabbath in November of 2012 changed all that.

YHWH also taught me CLEAN from UNCLEAN and how His Feast Days are CLEAN days because He has SANCTFIFIED them. Through HIS VOICE commanding these things that Moses wrote down and taught Israel to keep them and HOW to keep them.

In Genesis, time began and the count to the 7th day happened BECAUSE ---- YHWH SPOKE IT.

In Exodus when Moses led Israel into the wilderness, AGAIN – YHWH SPOKE to Israel the Beginning of months. He did not tell them to begin with a moon, or sun or star. In fact in Deuteronomy He WARNED Israel to stay away from these things as they had been ALLOTED to the other nations.

So, as YHWH had shown, His years as He is reteaching us, will always begin with His Voice. But it only needs to be once and then we can go from there, because this calendar is perpetual and once laid out it repeats at the end, beginning all over the same and does not change. Hmmm…. YHWH said HE is a God that DOES NOT CHANGE. His WORD DOES NOT CHANGE; His Feast Days DO NOT CHANGE. Stands to reason His Calendar DOES NOT CHANGE either. Nor His Sabbath day.

Which now bring us to this word for “SOLITARY”. Let’s look at it one more time:

    Psa 68:6  GodH430 settethH3427 the solitaryH3173 in families:H1004 he bringeth outH3318 those which are boundH615 with chains:H3574 butH389 the rebelliousH5637 dwellH7931 in a dryH6707 land.

    H3173  “the solitary”

Jonathan Ben Dov, in his work, relays that there was a group who adhered to the 364 day Divine Year Calendar. This group was known as the Yahad. They stood alone in their beliefs.

    UPDATE:          6 March, 2017

Reading in Jeremiah this morning another verse is found to describe this solitary journey of separation from things unclean:

Jer 15:17  I sat not in the assembly of them that make merry, nor rejoiced; I sat alone because of Thy hand; for Thou hast filled me with indignation.

We see in modern churches today the warm fuzzies of lots of singing and “making merry”. Many enjoy t his thinking it is all good, but truly like anything else, it is a huge distraction from what really needs to take place. The enemy is alive and well in these places.

  • Hos 4:4  Yet let no man strive, nor reprove another: for thy people are as they that strive with the priest.

Hos 4:6  My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children.

The above two verses. I LOVE how YHWH works!!! While I have known Hosea 4:6 for a very long time now, it is verse 4:4 that jumped out at me this morning. I think I can honestly say that the above two verses are and will be the mantra for the objective of this site.

It is the sincere desire and hope for this site to increase knowledge, to break out of mainstream thinking and ideas and do it without striving against one another. EVERYTHING posted here is to broaden understanding, not shove down anyone's throat.

I hope also, that all things posted, all things said will be received in the spirit it is intended and that is with love and truth.
