This is an extremely long work and because of some of the controversial material used to put this together, I felt it should be in the BLOG rather than the Forum where I try my best to keep pure teachings from the Word. If one has the patience and will reserve judgment until the end keeping an open mind, perhaps the light will shine through.
144K Are Angels?

Not to claim this is truth, for none of us know these things, but to consider them in light of certain scriptures which cannot be denied and if looked at in the light of certain ones, that is the saints, as being really angels in human form, to consider the possibility of the tasking of these mysterious 144k.
The below verse of Rev 21:17 has always mystified me as it references the very same number as the 144k. Yet, the other day while looking for something else in Revelation, seeing it again and for some reason it jumped out at me as being that number, 144 connected and having some relationship with angels.
Some of the resources presented below are extremely controversial but asking with all patience to consider them in light of the scriptures which are also presented.
Many questions and debates have manifested over Genesis chapter 6 and given that much of what has been written has also been denied us by either being destroyed or hidden away, we must, if we have faith in YHWH, believe that in various ways He has revealed some of the hidden truths to others who we consider fringe dwellers.
Rev 21:17 And he measured the wall thereof, an hundred and forty and four cubits, according to the measure of a man, that is, of the angel.
Sons of God?
28 March, 2015 - I acquired the book "The Secret Doctrine" H.P. Blavatsky. In it are some remarkable things:
pg 48 - "Seed" stands for "the World Germ". Germs are written about a lot and at first, all I could think of was GERMS as in something that causes sickness. Only later did it occur to me that seeds "GERMinate" and then grow giving life.
On this page it goes on to say this:
In theogony, every Seed is an ethereal organism, from which evolves later on a celestial being, a God.
On the previous page (47):
"The holy youths (the gods) refused to multiply and create species after their own likeness, their own kind. They are not fit forms for us. They have to grow. They refuse to enter the chhayas ** (shadows or images) of their inferiors. Thus had selfish feeling prevailed from the beginning, even among the gods and they fell under the eye of the Karmic Lipkas".
Note: These Karmic Lipkas are heavenly scribes which record all of mankind's doings, both good and bad. For each "being" has their own record.

Reiterating the note, please consider that each being has their own record, we find evidence of this in Revelation:
Rev 20:12 And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works.

Dissecting this more:
"The holy youths (the gods) refused to multiply and create species after their own likeness, their own kind. This statement appears opposite of what we have been taught. We are taught that they came down to earth and mingled with inferior humans, that is flesh and corrupted themselves. Unless---this is speaking of something else.
They are not fit forms for us. They have to grow. Even though we don't find quote marks here, the wording suggests that they said these things and did not want to partake of doing whatever it was they were supposed to do.
They refuse to enter the chhayas ** (shadows or images) of their inferiors.
Thus had selfish feeling prevailed from the beginning, even among the gods and they fell under the eye of the Karmic Lipkas". Not sure how this equates to being selfish---unless these holy youths were supposed to incarnate into human forms (shadows or images) in order to help and correct error. Being then selfish in that they did not want to leave their heavenly home.
We know that being in the flesh is a shadow of what we truly are or were supposed to be. We also know that Adam was made in the "image" of YHWH, so no stretch to consider a certain kind to be a "shadow or image".
In Hebrew, the word "adam" defines as "a man of low degree". This would be consistent then, with the holy youths' assessment of "inferior".

What is a son of God?
(Gen 6:2) That the sons of God saw the daughters of men that they were fair; and they took them wives of all which they chose.
(Gen 6:4) There were giants in the earth in those days; and also after that, when the sons of God came in unto the daughters of men, and they bare children to them, the same became mighty men which were of old, men of renown.
(Job 1:6) Now there was a day when the sons of God came to present themselves before the LORD, and Satan came also among them.
(Job 2:1) Again there was a day when the sons of God came to present themselves before the LORD, and Satan came also among them to present himself before the LORD.
(Job 38:7) When the morning stars sang together, and all the sons of God shouted for joy?

What Are Brethren?
(Rev 6:11) And white robes were given unto every one of them; and it was said unto them, that they should rest yet for a little season, until their fellowservants also and their brethren, that should be killed as they were, should be fulfilled.
(Rev 12:10) And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night.
(Rev 19:10) And I fell at his feet to worship him. And he said unto me, See thou do it not: I am thy fellowservant, and of thy brethren that have the testimony of Jesus: worship God: for the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.
Rev 22:8 And I John saw these things, and heard them. And when I had heard and seen, I fell down to worship before the feet of the angel which shewed me these things.
Rev 22:9 Then saith he unto me, See thou do it not: for I am thy fellowservant, and of thy brethren the prophets, and of them which keep the sayings of this book: worship God.
The Face of an Angel -
Act 6:13 And set up false witnesses, which said, This man ceaseth not to speak blasphemous words against this holy place, and the law:
Act 6:14 For we have heard him say, that this Jesus of Nazareth shall destroy this place, and shall change the customs which Moses delivered us.
Act 6:15 And all that sat in the council, looking stedfastly on him, saw his face as it had been the face of an angel.
Act_12:15 And they said unto her, Thou art mad. But she constantly affirmed that it was even so. Then said they, It is his angel.
Act_23:8 For the Sadducees say that there is no resurrection, neither angel, nor spirit: but the Pharisees confess both.
Gal 4:14 And my temptation which was in my flesh ye despised not, nor rejected; but received me as an angel of God, even as Christ Jesus.
Angels -
(Mat 13:39) The enemy that sowed them is the devil; the harvest is the end of the world; and the reapers are the angels.
(Mat 13:41) The Son of man shall send forth his angels, and they shall gather out of his kingdom all things that offend, and them which do iniquity;
(Mat 13:49) So shall it be at the end of the world: the angels shall come forth, and sever the wicked from among the just,
(Mat 16:27) For the Son of man shall come in the glory of his Father with his angels; and then he shall reward every man according to his works.
(Mat 22:30) For in the resurrection they neither marry, nor are given in marriage, but are as the angels of God in heaven.
(Mat 24:31) And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.
A further note on the above verse. Only a theroy, but -if- the 144k are Angels, then might they be the eons who EHYEHshu will send out into the world to "gther" his elect?
(Mat 25:31) When the Son of man shall come in his glory, and all the holy angels with him, then shall he sit upon the throne of his glory:
(Mat 25:41) Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels: I have included this verse because it is IMPORTANT to note that the devil has his angels also.
(Mar 8:38) Whosoever therefore shall be ashamed of me and of my words in this adulterous and sinful generation; of him also shall the Son of man be ashamed, when he cometh in the glory of his Father with the holy angels.
(Mar 12:25) For when they shall rise from the dead, they neither marry, nor are given in marriage; but are as the angels which are in heaven.
(Mar 13:27) And then shall he send his angels, and shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from the uttermost part of the earth to the uttermost part of heaven.
What if this is a responsibility of the 144k, if we consider them as being angels that incarnated in human form?
(Joh 1:51) And he saith unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Hereafter ye shall see heaven open, and the angels of God ascending and descending upon the Son of man. This verse is a study by itself and only knowing Torah, specifically the book of Leviticus, can reveal another special mystery.
(Act 7:53) Who have received the law by the disposition of angels, and have not kept it. This is reference to the Book of Jubilees.
In Jubilees, the Angel of God tells Moses that they keep the Sabbath in Heaven.
(2Th 1:7) And to you who are troubled rest with us, when the Lord Jesus shall be revealed from heaven with his mighty angels,
(1Ti 3:16) And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, (Again, another subject worthy of further study)preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory.
(1Ti 5:21) I charge thee before God, and the Lord Jesus Christ, and the elect angels, that thou observe these things without preferring one before another, doing nothing by partiality.
(Heb 2:5) For unto the angels hath he not put in subjection the world to come, whereof we speak.
(Heb 12:22) But ye are come unto mount Sion, and unto the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to an innumerable company of angels,
(Heb 13:2) Be not forgetful to entertain strangers: for thereby some have entertained angels unawares.
(Rev 21:12) And had a wall great and high, and had twelve gates, and at the gates twelve angels, and names written thereon, which are the names of the twelve tribes of the children of Israel:
144 Thousand -
(Rev 7:4) And I heard the number of them which were sealed: and there were sealed an hundred and forty and four thousand of all the tribes of the children of Israel.
(Rev 14:1) And I looked, and, lo, a Lamb stood on the mount Sion, and with him an hundred forty and four thousand, having his Father's name written in their foreheads.

Confession of sorts. When I was a child, even though we had no bible in the house, even though we never went to any church (except for other people's weddings), I always had some sense of wondering about how could a loving God have anything to do with evil? Where did evil come from? As most of us know, the concept has been taught that God is both good and evil and that man "Adam" sinned the first sin, causing evil to enter the world. I wasn't sold on that.
I was 24 when I accepted Jesus Christ into my heart. That was in November of 1981. I have read the Bible over and over, from front to back ever since, almost continuously since.
In the mid 90s, wandering in a book store I found and English translation of the JPS Torah. I bought it. When I got to chapter 6 of Genesis, the part about the men of renown, the heroes of old I was stunned. I had read the bible over and over for many years and not received any revelation of sorts. This time however, it literally knocked me right out of my chair. I understood that these "heroes of old" were of course Hercules and all the other demi gods. As a child I consumed books about mythology, watched all the old movies of such, Jason and the Argonauts being a favorite. So for a child I had a very good knowledge base and I drew upon that after reading Gen chapter 6.
From that point forward, I began to look at Scripture with a much different eye. I couldn't get enough and on Saturday mornings I took my coffee and Bible out on my deck and would study, sometimes well into the afternoon. I was keeping Sabbath even before I understood what it meant. If anyone tells you that predestination is bunk, I'm here to declare my story as proof it is not. Yes, we do have free will and can choose LIFE or DEATH at any point in our lives. But if YHWH has a plan for each of us, then He will provide detours to get us back on track. That is my belief.
I love books. I learned to read at a very early age. I have also come to believe that this is how YHWH has brought me to things He wanted me to know. Now, whether these are just the ramblings of a very eccentric person is up for debate I suppose. But I can look back with confidence and actually see this as so. Many esoteric works have come my way, many are quite controversial and the one conclusion I have come to is that if a certain work has been declared false, heretical, or fable and been coupled with a healthy dose of disdain and scoffing, most likely it must contain truth or why would they be so afraid of it? That being said then if it truly was a falsehood or fable, why bother being so riled up with to begin with? I have also come across works which are opposite of that opinion. Declared as truth and supported in scholarly circles and promoted as worthy of study. Atheists will dispute this of course and do so without knowledge mostly, but it takes a good helping of discernment of the Spirit to know whether something is truth or not. But one must add to that, the possibility that certain of us are wired to instinctively know what is truth and what is not. If the Holy Spirit helps us with our instincts, then hopefully, prayerfully, we are on the right track. Truly, only God would know.
I have developed a theory that much truth is hidden away in small parts in many books. It takes copious studying and reading and discernment to find these precious gems, but these scholarly "digs" are well worth it. So, moving along I am going to present some ideas that fall outside of the norm and what would most likely be called heretical and nonsense. No one who reads this has to accept it. I present it merely as my own eccentric ramblings, but it is included in this work about the 144 and Angels because just this morning, I began to see how it might.
WHAT IF ----
Many debate the age of the earth and all of Creation. Only YHWH knows for certain when all things began and how they formed. Anything man declares is purely based upon conjecture simply because there is now way to prove anything either way.
Scripture tells us twice (two witnesses to declare a truth) that a day is as a thousand years. Certain artifacts point to possibly much older. So...who's right?
In a Gnostic work The Apocrypha of John (referred to as SBOJ from this point forward. I'm lazy) EHYEHshua tells us that a being was created that was not done in agreement with the Father and The Invisible Virgin Spirit.
It was a being that was different and horrible and was cast away form the Eternal realm and given a throne in the clouds. This being had ignorance of his beginnings and ignorance of the Realms that existed. But, he was able to "see" through the waters, images and he copied these images and declared himself supreme for doing so. He created his own "powers" and used them to create the first human, "Adam". Because he was lacking in Light and LIFE, his creation did not stir and was lifeless. But the perfect beings from the Eternal Realm devised a plan.
In Hebrew, the word "adam" means red, of the earth, a man of low degree.
But if SBOJ is truth, then this man, Adam, was a copy of an Heavenly Adam.
There are more details in that book which for the sake of some brevity I will not include here. If anyone wishes to understand more, they must read it for themselves, but I caution that it helps tremendously to understand that no one gets it the first time around and no one gets it unless they read ALL of Scripture along with it. In short, copious studying is a mandatory requirement along with a very sincere heart to seek out truth.
For me, this book answered my question about where did evil come from. Along the way it also cleared up a lot of other confusing and mysterious concepts and words found in Scripture. But this has taken years of studying and going back and forth between SBOJ and Scripture. Many Sabbaths spent in the books.
So, this brings us to the question WHAT IF.
Is the earth old or not?
Did man exist before the story of Adam, or not?
Since time is for us here in this material world and does not exist outside of our plane of existence, then we must keep open minds about the ages of everything, not dismissing the Bible or replacing it for a more scientific view.
In fact many things in science are so closely tied to the Word that they should not be separated, but joined. but that is a discussion for another "time".
Well, I thought I was ready to get on with it, but as I typed, I realized this is going to be very difficult to explain and would take up a lot of space and be very lengthy and I might lose my audience. So, I will try to just contain the subject to this possibility or theory:
That the race of man from Adam's son, Seth, are Angels sent down to earth to FIX a problem. That problem being that the above mentioned Adam which that being made that did not stir, was not endowed with knowledge and by virtue of the fleshly matter in which it was encased, it was easily manipulated into being "evil" and debase and of reprobate mind. So, YHWH had to come up with a solution. Now, having said that it sort of blows away the ingrained understanding that God, being Eternal, would have known about this problem beforehand. But I submit He did not. Had He known that a being was going to be created outside of agreement, He would have stopped it, right? Keeping an open mind we must in all things since none of us can know anything for certain. We can only work with what we are given. Maybe He did know and allowed it to happen and then put a plan in motion for reasons that are His alone and we are not privy to them.
So, getting back to the problem that needed fixing:
IF indeed a plan was made to send His certain Angels down and in this began with Seth, we can see in the actual verses that Seth was created in the image of Adam:
Gen 5:3 And Adam lived an hundred and thirty years, and begat a son in his own likeness, after his image; and called his name Seth:
Now at this point the question arises, "I thought you said Adam was not from YHWH?? That Adam was created by that being who was ignorant?
I am still wondering about these things but there has been scholarly debate about the accounts in Genesis of two creation stories. If that is the case, then we have two adams and if two adams then somehow the true one sired Seth. Interesting clue found in Mary's lineage in Luke 3:38:
Luk 3:38 Which was the son of Enos, which was the son of Seth, which was the son of Adam, which was the son of God.
Careful study of the Book of Jasher alongside Scripture provides a very clear picture that two seeds of peoples existed. A Good Seed and a Bad Seed. It takes quiet, solitude and time to study this, but making copious notes of who married who, with the knowledge of good and bad seedlines, it became clear that along the way, the bad mixed and attempted to corrupt the Good. Seth was the first Good seed, but soon enough the mixing began. This also is corroborated in SBOJ and EHYEHshua spoke of it as the Light mixing with the Dark and creating a Gloom. But as we also know, certain ones remained perfect in their generations: Enoch, Noah.
In SBOJ there are many heavenly realms and in the third realm are stationed the souls of the saints. Whether this is where thy have resided in the beginning or whether this is where they go when their earthly bodies die, is unknown. No more information is given.
Is the Bible then, a recording of the annals of history surrounding this rescue attempt? Possibly. Did any sort of mankind exist before this recording? Possibly, and would explain how Cain got a wife and how he said he was afraid to go out from the land for f3ear of being killed and would explain how he could then have enough progeny to make cities and such. Of course we can also believe that this took more time than is recorded in Scripture.
WHAT IF our Bible is supposed to be the story of Rescue and Redemption through a certain group of peoples divinely appointed, who have come down from the Eternal Realms as Servants of the Most High to accomplish a Mission? And that the enemy has sought to usurp, corrupt, and destroy and mislead all along the way?
Could this then explain the mysterious verses whereby we find the phrase "sons of God"? Interestingly enough in the blessings of Jacob and his sons, we learn about their personalities and of course in events written of regarding their exploits. All of them had to "grow up" and mature. Along the way, some were corrupted. YHWH gave them His Teaching and Instruction because they were Angels and He didn't want them to become lost to Him. They had yet to accomplish their mission of Rescue upon the earth for all mankind.
A place of worship was created for them in their earthly bodies (they seemed to need this). The Tabernacle, then eventually the Temple. But He had to be worshipped in a Holy way so Holy Rules were needed, implemented and put in place. Hence the Torah. Many were the distraction of other nations, so much so YHWH had to also declare warnings in writing.
Now WHAT IF humans did exist before the Sons of God, they would worship the sun, moon and stars. BUT the Angels were not allowed to do that, not even during their existence on earth:

(ASV) and lest thou lift up thine eyes unto heaven, and when thou seest the sun and the moon and the stars, even all the host of heaven, thou be drawn away and worship them, and serve them, which Jehovah thy God hath allotted unto all the peoples under the whole heaven. Please note the word "UNDER".
(Bishops) Yea, and lest thou lift vp thyne eyes vnto heauen, and when thou seest the sunne, the moone, and the starres, with all the hoast of heauen, shouldest be driuen to worship them, & serue them, and shouldest worship and serue the thynges, which the Lorde thy God hath made to serue all nations vnder the whole heauen.
(Brenton) and lest having looked up to the sky, and having seen the sun and the moon and the stars, and all the heavenly bodies, thou shouldest go astray and worship them, and serve them, which the Lord thy God has distributed to all the nations under heaven.
(Darby) and lest thou lift up thine eyes to the heavens, and see the sun, and the moon, and the stars, the whole host of heaven, and be drawn away and bow down to them and serve them, which Jehovah thy God hath assigned unto all peoples under the whole heaven.

(Webster) And lest thou shouldst lift up thy eyes to heaven, and when thou seest the sun, and the moon, and the stars, even all the host of heaven, shouldst be driven to worship them, and serve them, which the LORD thy God hath divided to all nations under the whole heaven.
(YLT) `And lest thou lift up thine eyes towards the heavens, and hast seen the sun, and the moon, and the stars, all the host of the heavens, and thou hast been forced, and hast bowed thyself to them, and served them, which Jehovah thy God hath apportioned to all the peoples under the whole heavens.
I listed the many versions above in order to show that YHWH did not want any of His Angels (sons of God) to look to any other than Him and Him alone.
BUT -- here's what happened. The flesh caused forgetfulness. The flesh caused lust. The flesh caused weakness and all things of which YHWH had warned against. But YHWH was not a being that He could be limited down to a body. He was everywhere and all, with no beginning and no end. how could He possibly be able to relate to what it was like to get caught up in the flesh and get mangled and lose your identity?
So. For each step the enemy took to corrupt YHWH's special emissaries, a counter measure had to take place. We see in Scripture quite a few done through the prophets and through certain kings. We also see through the writing down of marriages, that the enemy kept on trying to pollute the bloodline of Light. But the books in which most of these are contained, most people just skip because they find them boring and tedious and what does that have to do with me anyway since the Law was done a way with?? Right?
The father of lies told a whopper when he weaseled that philosophy into the churches. He knew that eventually that teaching would take hold and GRIP the minds and hearts of the lost Angels. If he couldn't corrupt the bloodline of Light completely, he could corrupt their minds. By nature, sadly we will believe a lie before we believe the truth. Ask anyone who has been talked about wrongly behind their backs and others form opinions about them that stick without ever knowing if it really is true. Nobody will stop to smell for smoke or see if there is flames when someone yells FIRE!!! They just run instead.
WHAT IF then many things we read in the Scriptures allude to certain truths, but have been obscured by certain selective wording made to look like fairy tales, allegories, fables and left to be accepted as such?
But the devil is arrogant and haughty and in his arrogance and haughtiness he has let slip from time to time certain truths and he has done it through his own minions found within the walls of churches, synagogues and places of learning. But only if one is willig to read anything they can get their hands on will these things be revealed. So, another deceiving technique had to be put in place. That one being that in each flavor of Xianity or Judaism the people have been warned to NOT READ anything else but their Authorized version of the Book. This in no way takes away from our Divine Scriptures as being of YHWH. But man has made new translations, has watered it down. In studying the various translations it has become increasingly clear in the example that you could take one verse and find the proper and true words in the first half in one version and the proper and true other half in another version. The next blurting question is: How do you know that? How do you know whether what you read is right or wrong??? How can you make those sort of claims???
Perhaps it is a learned thing, perhaps it is all of the Holy Spirit and discernment or a smattering of both. But it is only through long hours of study and keeping an open mind and praying asking for wisdom that causes one to develop a sort of sense of seeing these verse in the right Light. This method has been consistent in helping to understand very mysterious verses. I call it "Plug and Play". Including in context all the verses surrounding said verse, light bulbs then turn on illuminating and clarifying the actual and apparent truth of the once mysterious verse.
There is so much more to say about how "man" has made changes to the Word, but I am hoping the general idea has been presented. While many might debate the subject of textual corruption, even the Scriptures themselves speak of it:
Jer 8:8 How do ye say, We are wise, and the law of the LORD is with us? Lo, certainly in vain made he it; the pen of the scribes is in vain.
In the New Testament (another misnomer) 62 mentions of the scribes who walked with the Pharisees and also all the verses whereby EHYEHshua railed against them for their wickedness 7 times in Matthew; 1 time in Mark; 1 time in Luke:
Mat_23:13 But woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye shut up the kingdom of heaven against men: for ye neither go in yourselves, neither suffer ye them that are entering to go in.
Mat_23:14 Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye devour widows' houses, and for a pretence make long prayer: therefore ye shall receive the greater damnation.
Mat_23:15 Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye compass sea and land to make one proselyte, and when he is made, ye make him twofold more the child of hell than yourselves.
Mat_23:23 Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye pay tithe of mint and anise and cummin, and have omitted the weightier matters of the law, judgment, mercy, and faith: these ought ye to have done, and not to leave the other undone.

Luk_11:52 Woe unto you, lawyers! for ye have taken away the key of knowledge: ye entered not in yourselves, and them that were entering in ye hindered.
Isa 56:11 Yea, they are greedy dogs which can never have enough, and they are shepherds that cannot understand: they all look to their own way, every one for his gain, from his quarter.
Jer 25:34 Howl, ye shepherds, and cry; and wallow yourselves in the ashes, ye principal of the flock: for the days of your slaughter and of your dispersions are accomplished; and ye shall fall like a pleasant vessel.
Jer 25:35 And the shepherds shall have no way to flee, nor the principal of the flock to escape.
Jer 25:36 A voice of the cry of the shepherds, and an howling of the principal of the flock, shall be heard: for the LORD hath spoiled their pasture.

Considering the Hebrew Merkabah
In Exodus we find the camp of Israel is laid out in a specific order around the Tabernacle. 3 tribes on each side, with one tribe as leader of the other two. A leading tribe.:
Judah on the East; Reuben on the south; Ephraim on the West; Dan on the North.
The tribal symbols for each are as follows:
Lion for Judah; Man for Reuben; Bull for Ephraim; Eagle for Dan
See below from Ezekiel:
Eze 1:5 Also out of the midst thereof came the likeness of four living creatures. And this was their appearance; they had the likeness of a man.
Eze 1:10 As for the likeness of their faces, they four had the face of a man, and the face of a lion, on the right side: and they four had the face of an ox on the left side; they four also had the face of an eagle.
Please note that each of the living creatures is appointed to the places of the same position as the tribes around the camp. Let's look at the Hebrew breakdown of verse 1:5:

I have bolded and underlined words within the definition that can be seen in light of the camp of Israel. They were indeed all of these things.
So, it is apparent that in the vision of Ezekiel we find Israel, the four leader tribes represented in the Merkabah. Again a connection with Israel and Angels, or at the least Heavenly Living Beings which serve the Holy Most High YHWH.
Again, also finding them in Revelation but slightly different in appearance (6 wings vs. 4) and in order of their placement:
Rev 4:6 And before the throne there was a sea of glass like unto crystal: and in the midst of the throne, and round about the throne, were four beasts full of eyes before and behind.
Rev 4:7 And the first beast was like a lion, and the second beast like a calf, and the third beast had a face as a man, and the fourth beast was like a flying eagle.
Rev 4:8 And the four beasts had each of them six wings about him; and they were full of eyes within: and they rest not day and night, saying, Holy, holy, holy, Lord God Almighty, which was, and is, and is to come.
Either way, we can see that Israel and her Tribes are represented in the Eternal Realms of the Heavens.

had another thought about the 144k.
there is an esoteric connection between the number 72 and the Name of God, YHWH.
it is derived from a mathematic formulation. e.g. YHWH = Y + H + W + H. = 10 + 5 + 6 + 5. = 26 in simple gematria.
there was also a more complex reckoning based on the following logic which although it might seem artificial, I have seen it mentioned by multiple sources.

Y + H + W + H
=
10
10 + 5
10 + 5 + 6
10 + 5 + 6 +5
in other words 10 + 15 + 21 + 26 = 72.
So the number 72 is quietly linked to the Divine Name. Also it is the gematria of the word Hesed (grace, undeserved kindness).
Now in a couple of places in Scripture we see the Divine Name doubled (although at least a couple of these have been erased by unscrupulous Scribes who changed the text.
e.g.
Ex 34:6
וַיַּעֲבֹר יְהוָה עַל־פָּנָיו וַיִּקְרָא יְהוָה יְהוָה אֵל רַחוּם וְחַנּוּן אֶרֶךְ אַפַּיִם וְרַב־חֶסֶד וֶאֱמֶֽת׃
And YHWH passed in front of him and called out "YHWH YHWH, the Compassionate and Gracious God, Slow to anger with great Kindness and Truth.
elsewhere Ps 106:
בָּרֲכִי נַפְשִׁי אֶת־יְהוָה יְהוָה אֱלֹהַי גָּדַלְתָּ מְּאֹד הֹוד וְהָדָר
My soul, bless YHWH YHWH
My God you are very great, [full of] Glory and Splendour!
So we see that at a few places in Scripture we see a double name YHWH YHWH attested.
So we have 72 + 72 = 144!
Now watch this:
at the very end of Ezekiel:
It was round about eighteen thousand measures: and the name of the city from that day shall be, The LORD is there
Hebrew =
סָבִיב שְׁמֹנָה עָשָׂר אָלֶף וְשֵׁם־הָעִיר מִיֹּום יְהוָה שָֽׁמָּה׃
The Talmud notes that the last few words YHWH shammah (the Lord is there) can be read as "YHWH Shmah" i.e. the name of the city is YHWH.
or if we prefer to be most formal it could be the name of the city is YHWH YHWH and the hidden total of such a Name is 144!
And doing a simple association of ideas, the 144000 believers of the 12 tribes might be the ones of the tribes who possess this Name. Indeed it seems impossible that anyone reading in a mere translation might come to possess this info since it tends to be obscured in translation. Hence only those of the 12 tribes being here gathered, at first on earth (Rev 7) and then in the heavenlies (Rev 14).
Now it is true that the Kabbalah speaks of several different Names of the Diety: of 8 letters, of 10 letters, of 72! letters! The Talmud mentions that only the priesthood knew certain Names of the Diety. The Gospel of John says that Messiah declared the Fathers Name.
Maybe there is a connection. It is kind of conjectural but in my view worthy of a meditation. Certainly God favours people who have knowledge, right. Maybe this specific knowledge is a sort of key to understanding.
Not saying this is to be taken as Gospel, but to me seemed a tasty tidbit.
