The Government Upon His Shoulders

In recent weeks of a slow moving but incredibly revealing re-study of Exodus, during the studying of the priestly garments, another prophetic verse came to mind as being connected.
28:9 You shall take the two shoham stones and engrave upon them the names of the sons of Israel;
28:10 six of their names on one stone, and the names of the six remaining ones on the second stone, according to the order of their birth.
28:11 A jeweler’s craft, like the engraving of a signet ring, shall you engrave the two stones with the names of the sons of Israel; encircled with gold settings you shall make them.
28:12 You shall place both stones on the shoulder straps of the Ephod, remembrance stones for the sons of Israel. Aaron shall carry their names before YHWH on both his shoulders as a remembrance.
Isa 9:6 For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.

If we look at all those verses in all of its context in Isaiah, we find Israel is directly connected to being of this government:
Isa 9:6 For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.
Isa 9:7 Of the increase of his government and peace there shall be no end, upon the throne of David, and upon his kingdom, to order it, and to establish it with judgment and with justice from henceforth even for ever. The zeal of the LORD of hosts will perform this.
Isa 9:8 The Lord sent a word into Jacob, and it hath lighted upon Israel.
The twelve tribes of the Children of Israel are upon the shoulders of the Ephod which our High Priest in Heaven’s Court and Temple, wears. Jesus Christ, EHYEHshua ha Meshciach, the Great I AM.
