I created this site for two reasons. One was to fellowship with like minded believers. Those who come from Christianity, believers in Jesus Christ who want to become followers of Jesus Christ and believe me, there is a difference.
The other reason was to post deep studies that are hopefully written out in a way for people to understand but if not, this would still be safe place to ask questions.
I'm not sure why that hasn't really happened with a few exceptions. Maybe it's the age of Facebook and iPhones so this place is pretty much ignored or no one is getting alerts to visit the site.
I've done my best to let new members know they can contribute and in some cases I've sent out "touching base" emails from here to see if they're still with us. I've not gotten much of anything back.
What prompted this discussion is that Russell Curtis was on chat in October! And it was missed and I feel badly because he also left a comment on the daily thoughts when he came to this site even earlier back.
We are here!!! The site has it's own email system if you would rather keep things more personal.
The older Ning platform was much more user friendly and seemed to have more options for members to communicate and get alerts. I can't control which version we're on, but if anyone here has any advice, please share it!!
Otherwise, we are here to to uplift and help each other through this walk. It's not easy and yes we lose friends and family when we choose the narrow way and Jesus told us it would be difficult. We are scattered and we feel alone in our walk, isolated and cut off and we need to stay in touch!
