From the root of H1129 through the meaning, to build; a stone: - + carbuncle, + mason, + plummet, [chalk-, hail-, bead-, sling-] stone (-ny), (divers) weight (-s).

As we can see by the above definitions, these "stones", even just the word "stone", in it is the word for "son", that is: "ben".

This then being a Temple that is built of the Children of Israel, each being a Living Stone, made far away from the Temple in preparation for the building of same. Looking at the depth of the meaning of these words and we're only a third of the way into breaking out the actual menaing of the words. Let's continue:

1Ki 6:7  And the house,H1004 when it was in building,H1129 was builtH1129 of stoneH68 made readyH8003 before it was broughtH4551 thither: so that there was neitherH3808 hammerH4718 nor axeH1631 nor anyH3605 toolH3627 of ironH1270 heardH8085 in the house,H1004 while it was in building.H1129

A tool of iron would symbolize something of man, meaning man made, further meaning something done of man to the Living Stone to inflict a cutting.

If we, as Living Stones are being "cut" away from the Temple in the wilderness, then YHWH uses the things of man (tools made of iron) to shape us, mold us, to cut away the things that cause us to have no form worthy of being used, to prune us and shape us into ready and acceptable Living Stones.

These "tools made of iron" can take the form of people hurting us, emotionally, physically. They can take the form of circumstances, events, accidents, etc.

Recall someone wrote a book once titled: "When Bad Things Happen to Good People" .

If we ask YHWH for discernment, He is faithful to give it to us. If we then understand that all things happen for a reason, if we are walking in His Truth, we must allow ourselves to SEE the "iron tool" that is preparing us to make us ready for the building of the Temple made without hands, that is, the Temple of Living Stones.

We must embrace difficult circumstances to the point of understanding what it all means. Yes, the enemy attacks and causes us grieving, but YHWH will take what the enemy does and use it for His Will and Purpose in our lives for His Glory and for our ultimate healing and perfection.

Earthen Vessels

by MBPSTB

2 December, 2013

Last night reading 1 Kings chapters 7, 8 to my family. Solomon's prayer to YHWH at the dedication to the Temple. In those chapters I saw what YHWH meant in the writing. I have read a few other resources over the years about what the Temple symbolizes and how it relates to our own bodies. I have always found the description of the temple, how it was built, the dimensions and such to be difficult and tiresome to read even with the "enlightened" studies that others have put out there.

I know that the living stones written of in

1Pe_2:5 Ye also, as lively stones, are built up a spiritual house, an holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices, acceptable to God by Jesus Christ.

Anyway, considering this, envisioning it if you will, while I was reading it, coming to this part about the "vessels" (human bodies) being of burnished bronze {brass?}( recall in Revelation :

Rev_2:18 And unto the angel of the church in Thyatira write; These things saith the Son of God, who hath his eyes like unto a flame of fire, and his feet are like fine brass;

Please see below verses from 1 Kings, noting that the "king" (EHYEHshua) cast them in the clay ground( I have always felt we -"Israel"- were sent down form the heavenly realm, to complete a mission (this explains why we are called "servants" of the Most High);; so then we (as souls of the saints); cast into earthly bodies (the clay ground); and LOOK!!!! BETWEEN SUCCOTH!!!! AND ZARTHAN . I don't know what the significance of Zarthan is, but Succoth means something for sure!!

Then too, note that Solomon left the vessels "unweighed" because they were exceeding  many. Recall YHWH's own blessing and covenant to Abraham that his seed would be like the grains of sand and stars, uncountable!!!

1Ki 7:46 In the plain of Jordan did the king cast them, in the clay ground between Succoth and Zarthan.

1Ki 7:47 And Solomon left all the vessels unweighed, because they were exceeding many: neither was the weight of the brass found out.

 The repeating message in chapters 7 and 8 of 1 Kings is that the Temple Solomon built, was for the Name of YHWH. A place for His Name to reside!!!! Now....if we see and accept this, then we must know that His Name is in the Temple, right? And if so, and we are LIVING STONES OF THAT TEMPLE (the one made without hands!!!) then His Name is IN US TOO!!! SEE???

And---if each of us is a tent or tabernacle (wandering in the wilderness, until we COME HOME) (see the next verses:

(Act 7:44) Our fathers had the tabernacle of witness in the wilderness, as he had appointed, speaking unto Moses, that he should make it according to the fashion that he had seen.

(Act 7:46) Who found favour before God, and desired to find a tabernacle for the God of Jacob.

(2Co 5:1) For we know that if our earthly house of this tabernacle were dissolved, we have a building of God, an house not made with hands, eternal in the heavens.

(2Co 5:4) For we that are in this tabernacle do groan, being burdened: not for that we would be unclothed, but clothed upon, that mortality might be swallowed up of life.

(Heb 8:2) A minister of the sanctuary, and of the true tabernacle, which the Lord pitched, and not man.

(Heb 8:5) Who serve unto the example and shadow of heavenly things, as Moses was admonished of God when he was about to make the tabernacle: for, See, saith he, that thou make all things according to the pattern shewed to thee in the mount.

(Heb 9:2) For there was a tabernacle made; the first, wherein was the candlestick, and the table, and the shewbread; which is called the sanctuary.

(Heb 9:3) And after the second veil, the tabernacle which is called the Holiest of all;

(Heb 9:6) Now when these things were thus ordained, the priests went always into the first tabernacle, accomplishing the service of God.

(Heb 9:8) The Holy Ghost this signifying, that the way into the holiest of all was not yet made manifest, while as the first tabernacle was yet standing:

(Heb 9:11) But Christ being come an high priest of good things to come, by a greater and more perfect tabernacle, not made with hands, that is to say, not of this building;

(Heb 9:21) Moreover he sprinkled with blood both the tabernacle, and all the vessels of the ministry.

(Heb 13:10) We have an altar, whereof they have no right to eat which serve the tabernacle.

(2Pe 1:13) Yea, I think it meet, as long as I am in this tabernacle, to stir you up by putting you in remembrance;

(2Pe 1:14) Knowing that shortly I must put off this my tabernacle, even as our Lord Jesus Christ hath shewed me.

(Rev 13:6) And he opened his mouth in blasphemy against God, to blaspheme his name, and his tabernacle, and them that dwell in heaven.

(Rev 15:5) And after that I looked, and, behold, the temple of the tabernacle of the testimony in heaven was opened:

(Rev 21:3) And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God.

So then, we are in earthen vessels, serving in tabernacles while in the Wilderness, BUT at some point, when EHYEHshua is done building the HOUSE for His Bride, He will come get us after being cast in the clay ground; to be ready (we having been made ready) to SERVE in His TEMPLE made WITHOUT HANDS in the heavenly realm, to serve in HIS HOUSE!!! See??
