PARDONING THE SIN OF THE LEGAL BOND OF TORAH, NAILING IT TO THE CROSS.

NOT the Law that declared the sin, but the CONSEQUENCE of that breaking of the bond, which was DEATH.

 

DEATH (the curse brought about by BREAKING the Law) was what was nailed to the cross.
