2 Chronicles ch19:

19:4) Jehoshaphat stayed in Jerusalem. He traveled back and forth among the people, from Beer-sheba to Mount Ephraim, and brought them back to YHWH, the Elohim of their forefathers.

19:5) He stationed judges in the land, in all the fortified cities of Judah, for each city.

19:6) He said to the judges, “Take care in what you do, for it is not for man’s sake that you judge, but for YHWH’s, and He is with you in the matter of judgment.

19:7) So now, let the fear of YHWH be upon you; be careful when you act, for with YHWH, our Elohim, there is no corruption nor favoritism nor acceptance of bribes.”

19:8) Also in Jerusalem Jehoshaphat stationed some Levites and Kohanim and some of the family heads of Israel to [attend to] YHWH’s judgment and to quarrels, and they returned to Jerusalem.

19:9) He commanded them saying, “Thus shall you act _ with fear of YHWH, with trust and with sincere hearts.

19:10) Any quarrel that may come before you from your kinsmen who dwell in your cities, whether it is between blood and blood, or regarding instruction (TORAH) concerning a commandment or decrees and statutes, you shall warn them so that they do not incur guilt before YHWH, which would bring fury upon you and your brethren. So shall you do not to incur guilt!
