So after the white horse corona plague and the aftermath of panic (the Red Horse), the enemy swoops in and establishes a system born out of the chaos. People will be starving and will rob, steal and murder in order to survive. Wars will breakout between neighbors, communities, cities and even bordering states Martial law will be established. People will look to their government to help them and so the government will strip everyone of all things which mean freedom under the guise of doing what is necessary to re-establish order. Once new laws are in place, they will not be undone even after order is restored.

 

Rev 6:4  And there went out another horse that was red: and power was given to him that sat thereon to take peace from the earth, and that they should kill one another: and there was given unto him a great sword.

by implication prosperity: - one, peace, quietness, rest, + set at one again.

Most likely taking the form of socialist government which is what  certain political platforms are trying to establish. But this would be even further beyond just a socialist society. It will pattern more likely after WW2 Germany where everyone gives up their weapons, food rationing, power rationing. The entire system will be controlled by the respective government. The banks (held even today under the sway oif the Federal Reserve Bank) will seize all private assets under the guise of redistribution of wealth for the common good of all. But the people will not see their money or even see the benefits of any “redistribution”. ENTER the Black horse.

The Red Horse follows on the heels of the White horse, wars and fights and battles for survival will be the government’s impetus to gain control of everything and everyone.
