We know who Christians are and what they believe and their doctrine. We know who Jews are, what they believe and their doctrine. But there is a third group which has actually been birthed out of both. They consist of Jews who have come to know Jesus Christ as their Messiah and there are Christians who have come to understand or be convicted in their hearts to keep the Sabbath, the Holy feast Days of YHWH and keep the commandments of Kashrut and the rest of Torah as best they can. No one can keep it perfectly, not even the Jew, but that is where the Grace of Jesus and His Blood come in.

Sadly, this third group are considered pariah by each of their respective original families. While in Jewish communities this would be understood considering their doctrinal beliefs, for Christians to shame their own for doing so, goes against the very doctrine they have been taught.

For as much as the Christian has been taught to hang on every word of Paul, he or she becomes a hippocrit when they spurn their fellow Christians who have become convicted to keep the Teaching and Instruction of the LORD and to LISTEN and HEED the Words of Jesus Himself when He said:

Joh_14:15  If ye love me, keep my commandments.

Joh_15:10  If ye keep my commandments, ye shall abide in my love; even as I have kept my Father's commandments, and abide in his love.

In fact that phrase “keep My commandments” is found 10 other times:

Exo_20:6  And shewing mercy unto thousands of them that love me, and keep my commandments.

Lev_22:31  Therefore shall ye keep my commandments, and do them: I am the LORD.

Lev_26:3  If ye walk in my statutes, and keep my commandments, and do them;

Deu_5:10  And shewing mercy unto thousands of them that love me and keep my commandments.

1Ki_9:6  But if ye shall at all turn from following me, ye or your children, and will not keep my commandments and my statutes which I have set before you, but go and serve other gods, and worship them:

2Ki_17:13  Yet the LORD testified against Israel, and against Judah, by all the prophets, and by all the seers, saying, Turn ye from your evil ways, and keep my commandments and my statutes, according to all the law which I commanded your fathers, and which I sent to you by my servants the prophets.

Neh_1:9  But if ye turn unto me, and keep my commandments, and do them; though there were of you cast out unto the uttermost part of the heaven, yet will I gather them from thence, and will bring them unto the place that I have chosen to set my name there.

Pro_3:1  My son, forget not my law; but let thine heart keep my commandments:

Pro_4:4  He taught me also, and said unto me, Let thine heart retain my words: keep my commandments, and live.

Pro_7:2  Keep my commandments, and live; and my law as the apple of thine eye.

Christians have been taught to “love they neighbor as thy self”, yet they do not practice it, not even with their own. They fully believe with all their heart that any Christian who begins to keep the Sabbath and such, have thrown away their soul and then proceed to scorn them and deride them and drive them away.

This is a clear example of ignorance of the Scriptures. Why? Because in them, it is written in many different places, that a remnant will return (TESHUVAH). This remnant is the one who will turn their hearts to the LIVING GOD YHWH (who IS Jesus Christ) and they will have a heart to keep his Commandments.

Sadly their Christian brothers and sisters will then proceed to become jealous and accuse them of thinking they are special, or as stated earlier, they will deride them and turn them away as being some form of “destitute” in spirit for abandoning Christ. Nothing could be further from the truth.

Are they special? I don’t think in their own eyes, they feel that way. In fact the opposite is true. Typically they leave their Christian churches and become quite alone in their walk. Some will attempt to find a Messianic group, but in many places these are few and far between. If they become strong in their conviction they will abandon activities that interfere with their obedience to keep the weekly Sabbath and the Holy Feast Days; they are shunned for no longer eating pork or bacon when at barbecues.

For those whose entire family has chosen this walk it is somewhat easier as they can stand together in this, but in most cases it is one alone and then the family becomes divided of which Jesus Himself prophesied that this would happen.

This entire subject is glaring proof that Christians are NOT reading their bibles. If they were, they would understand that these people, who have become led in their hearts to keep Torah, are the remnant spoken of by the prophets and that it is yet another sign of the last days. Instead of ostracizing their brethren, they should be embracing them and supporting them for to do so would bring blessings and perhaps even listening to them.

On the flip side this remnant that has made TESHUVAH, should also understand that they cannot “convert” their Christian brothers and sisters. That only YHWH can turn a heart to Him in this walk. In fact, it is the Scriptures themselves that declare this.

We need to respect both sides as the time will come when our Jewish and Christian brethren will be brought to the same place (Jer 16:19; Ezra 7:10). The one thing that is no fault of any Christian is that they have also inherited the lie of heritage. They have been told they are Gentiles, when in fact they are of the nation of Israel of the lost and scattered House of Israel found AMONG the nations (the real Gentiles listed in Genesis 10). The Scriptures ABOUND with clues of one will only READ. Even Jesus Himself said these things:

Mat_10:6  But go rather to the lost sheep of the house of Israel.

Mat_15:24  But he answered and said, I am not sent but unto the lost sheep of the house of Israel.

Then also saying:

Joh_10:27  My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me:

If  Jesus has called to us, if we have heard His voice, then why have we not listened?
