9 You are standing here today, all of you, before YHWH your Elohim: the heads of your tribes, your elders and your officers - all of Israel;
10 your small children, your women, and your proselyte who is in the midst of your camp, from the hewer of your wood, to the drawer of your water,
11 for you to pass into the covenant of YHWH your Elohim, and into His imprecation that YHWH your Elohim seals with you today,
12 in order to establish you today as a people to Him and that He be a God to you, as He spoke to you and as He swore to your forefathers, to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob
13 Not with you alone do I seal this covenant and this imprecation,

Exo 19:5 Now therefore, if ye will hearken unto My voice indeed, and keep My covenant, then ye shall be Mine own treasure from among all peoples; for all the earth is Mine; Exo 19:6 and ye shall be unto Me a kingdom of priests, and a holy nation. These are the words which thou shalt speak unto the children of Israel.'

Dan 6:8 Now, O king, establish the decree, and sign the writing, that it be not changed, according to the law of the Medes and Persians, which altereth not.

The king answered and said, The thing is true, according to the law of the Medes and Persians, which altereth not. Dan 6:13 Then answered they and said before the king, That Daniel, which is of the children of the captivity of Judah, regardeth not thee, O king, nor the decree that thou hast signed, but maketh his petition three times a day.
Dan 6:14 Then the king, when he heard these words, was sore displeased with himself, and set his heart on Daniel to deliver him: and he laboured till the going down of the sun to deliver him.
Dan 6:15 Then these men assembled unto the king, and said unto the king, Know, O king, that the law of the Medes and Persians is, That no decree nor statute which the king establisheth may be changed.
Dan 6:16 Then the king commanded, and they brought Daniel, and cast him into the den of lions. Now the king spake and said unto Daniel, Thy God whom thou servest continually, he will deliver thee.
Dan 6:17 And a stone was brought, and laid upon the mouth of the den; and the king sealed it with his own signet, and with the signet of his lords; that the purpose might not be changed concerning Daniel.

Mat 14:9 And the king was sorry: nevertheless for the oath's sake, and them which sat with him at meat, he commanded it to be given her.
Here we have examples of oaths given, sworn to uphold and cannot go back on and cannot be altered. Who are we to think ANYTHING that God has put in place should be altered? If a human king's word and decree cannot be altered, how much moreso the Word of the God of the universe??? But for the sake of Israel and their sins, God did indeed find a loophole, a workaround which kept not only His Torah intact, His royal decrees, but offered a way for scattered and lost Israel, still legally bound to The Covenant, a way in which to escape certain death. Enter Jesus, the Lamb of God whose Blood was Divine, Eternal and Sinless, thereby establishing a once and for all atonement and by virtue of being Eternal Blood, covered ALL sins, past, present and future. God made a CHANGE to His Covenant without removing a single word or precept. The TYPE of Blood was changed. Not a removal of the Blood sacrifice, but a change, that is a REBUILDING, a REPAIR (of the breach of Covenant), a RENEWAL, thus we have now a RENEWED TESTAMENT a RENEWED Covenant which still stands in place, a way by which we can know we sin, but are offered a sacrifice through the Atoning blood of our High Priest Jesus Christ. Proof is found in the words of Jesus to the woman at the well. He said there would come a time when we would worship in spirit and in truth, because He knew the blood sacrifices would no longer have a temple in which they were performed and He knew Israel would no longer be in the land where the Temple stood. They would have no way to atone for their sins and certain death was theirs unless an intercessor, a mediator, another High Priest made a way once and for all time. BRIT CHADASHA – New Testament as most call it. LOOK at the Hebrew word CHADASHA and KNOW it means RENEWED. This does not mean we continue to sin. No. We must not. Being human and in this flesh we will sin, even after. But we MUST always be watchful of ourselves, being guardians of our souls and repent when we stumble.
Israel, My children, I love you with all My heart. Come close and know that My Word stands forever and the Covenant in which your ancestors in the Wilderness entered into is STILL legally binding for I have sworn an OATH and given a SIGN in which I have made it forever. My Children hear Me. You, even you are legally bound but I have offered you My Son in whom I AM. He came down, assuming the flesh, in order to accomplish My Will, in complete obedience, knowing what the end would be, suffering for your sake in order to save, redeem and be a ransom for many. My Children hear Me. It was My hope that you would follow My path, the Way I had set forth for you so we could be together. But the flesh is weak, the flesh is weak. I have not abandoned you, I have not left you, I AM always with you even unto the end of the age. Understand the Power of the Blood of My Son and how it was necessary for I had to scatter all of you. I am a Holy God and to be close to me, ALL who desire to be with Me must also be Holy. THIS is why I established My covenant, in order to be Holy for I AM Holy. WHY would you believe I changed My Word? I sent My Son who even told you these things, who walked in My Way and My Truth, yet you listen to the words of men and forsake My Prophets and My priests who were faithful to write it down. It is My gift to you. THIS is why I scattered you. I also made you forget your heritage to keep Holy My Word and Truth, so you would not profane and pollute and corrupt it in the Wilderness of the world. Yet you did just that mixing and profaning, polluting and corrupting and changing my Laws and times and Feasts and My Holy Sabbath. So I diminished your memories of ancestors and heritage and scattered you further and now many of you are so far from Me. By the Blood of My Son, I call you back to Me. I sent Him to find you, My Shepherd to seek My flock. If you hear His Voice and you follow Him, this is the first step back, to turn to Me. I gave you ALL that you need. I have given you signs and waymarks, yet you see them not. You have been misled into believing that all you need is the Blood of Jesus, yet you heed not His words, you see not how He walked. Yes, the promise made through blood atonement has been kept intact, but I desire much more from you. I desire that you walk in My Ways, keep My statutes and ordinances so that you will be the Holy nation, a kingdom of priests to Me, the Living God of the universe. By the Blood of My Son, you are saved from DEATH. By obedience to My statutes, you will be blessed. In disobedience you will be judged. I made provision for the High Priest (Son of Man) to make atonement for ALL of you, the sins you commit knowingly and the sins you commit in ignorance. If you would but read My Word you will find this Truth. Seek Me in the early books of Moses. I AM there. If you heed My call, if you open your eyes and soul to seek Me, I promise you will find Me there. My Word stands forever. My Covenant with you stands forever. I do not change, I have not changed, I AM your King, My Word stands forever.
